GM Raunak Sadhwani and GM Ilya Smirin (ISR) scored 7/9 each at XTX Markets London Chess Classic 2024 Masters. Raunak drew with Ilya in the final round to become co-champions. Since there is no tie-break in any of the London Chess Classic events, except for Super Blitz qualifiers, both of them shared first place. Four players - GM Vignir Vatnar Stefansson (ISL), IM Ameet K Ghasi (ENG), IM Matthew J Wadworth (ENG) and GM Oleg Korneev (ESP) scored 6.5/9. They shared third place. The total prize fund was £33500.
